\u00a0 \u00a0La premi\u00e8re fois, tout semble inhabituel : le masque, l'\u00e9quipement \u00e9trange et plut\u00f4t lourd. On entre dans l'eau et on s'y enfonce lentement. Vous inspirez et vous entendez le sifflement rassurant de l'air qui entre. Vous venez de prendre votre premi\u00e8re inspiration sous l'eau. Pendant un instant, vous oubliez votre masque. Votre \u00e9quipement devient l\u00e9ger et agile. Vous ne vous \u00eates jamais senti aussi libre. En essayant de respirer sous l'eau, vous ouvrirez la porte d'un nouveau monde. Un monde qui ne vous est pas \u00e9tranger, mais qui est compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0La formation se d\u00e9roule en trois phases :<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a01. formation th\u00e9orique. (eLearning)<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a02. Pratique en piscine. Les cours de plong\u00e9e en piscine ont lieu au Centre Aquadome de LaSalle, 1411 rue Lapierre, LaSalle, QC, H8N 2J4, Canada. La piscine est id\u00e9alement situ\u00e9e pour les r\u00e9sidents de Montr\u00e9al et des environs.\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a03. La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape est la certification. Pendant les mois les plus chauds, les plong\u00e9es sont pratiqu\u00e9es dans les eaux libres du Qu\u00e9bec. En option, la certification peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 tout moment de l'ann\u00e9e dans un centre de plong\u00e9e au Mexique, sur l'\u00eele de Cosumel. Vous obtiendrez ainsi un certificat de plongeur PADI, des \u00e9motions inoubliables et de superbes clich\u00e9s de vos plong\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce au ma\u00eetre de la photographie sous-marine Alexey Zaitsev.\u00a0<\/p>
